I will be adding courses with dates, which usually run on Sundays, very soon.

An increasing number of summer commitments means that the courses now run through the autumn, winter, and spring, although, for groups who would like to attend together, it may still be possible to find summer dates.

I aim to tailor-make courses to each group’s individual requirements;
I can accommodate 4 to 6 people at a time, and can demonstrate a range of cookery skills, from complete beginners, to accomplished cooks!

A lot more men are coming along to courses,
and yes, girls, I do explain about the cleaning up bit!

The full day's course makes a lovely gift, and vouchers are available!
Short courses are £50, per person. The full day is £125, per person.

For anyone who hasn’t met me, do be aware that the courses may over-run!

 

'Back to Basics'

This is, by far, the most popular course!

I am considering re-naming B2B, as everyone says that it is more like a 'Gourmet Day'. Anyone, from beginners, to accomplished cooks can leave, able to create dinner party style dishes, with good, 'basic' ingredients, and minimum effort or time involved!

 If you want a stunning, simply made chicken dish... if the thought of cooking salmon for friends fills you with fear... and you wouldn’t know where to start on pastry, or a stroganoff, then come and spend a ‘full-on’ day with me! I will cover a vast array of dishes and skills in one day, around my belief that everyone can cook; sometimes you just need someone like me to jump-start the 'process'!

There will be a recipe pack to take home.

Coffee, on arrival and lunch, with a glass of wine is included. All you need to bring is yourself; everything, down to a notepad and pen, is provided. 

Most people who have been have asked if they may return, so there is now a
'Back to Basics 2', to further develop your recipes.
